Effective March 1, 2022, Phoenix Laboratories will no longer be accepting toxicology samples. Please email us at aterrell@phnxlab.com or call us at (317) 507-2848 with any questions or requests. Samples will be securely maintained for one year from the date of receipt. Reports will be securely maintained for five years from the original date of issue.
